Frequently asked questions:

Q: how much will my organization receive?

A: For group sales up to $1,999 each individual will receive 25% of net sales from their orders. For sales over $2,000 each will receive 30% of net sales.

Q:When is payment due:

A: Payment is due at the time the order is taken/ Checks are to be made payable to Brittany Clapp. Along with Visa/mastercard and American express.

Q: Can people order online?

A: YES! People can order onine at www.clappforscent.scentsy.us For each participant to receive credit for online purchases, the person making the purchase online MUST choose the correct “fundraiser” party. (keep in mind that all online orders will incur shipping charges and the purchaser’s resident tax rate.)

Q: Will I pay sales tax?

A: Yes, you will pay 8.4% sales tax

Q: How long will it take to receive the products?

A: Once the fundraiser is closed, all products, except back ordered items, will be delivered to the fundraiser coordinator within two weeks.

Q: How can I earn free products and still support my organization?

A: When you host a scentsy party in your home, not only will you receive free and ½ price products.. my commission will still go toward your fundraiser!

Q: How long will the scent last?

A: A scentsy bar contains eight cubes of wax and each cube will retain scent for 8-10 hours ( you will receive 60-80 hours of scent for only $5)

Q: will the wax evaporate?

A: No

2012 Scentsy Fundraiser

Spring fundraising time is here! The 2012 Scentsy fundraiser will be a great tool to help our Boosters earn money to support your school. Mothers day is May 13^th, and Scentsy is the perfect gift for any Mother in your life. Use this fundraiser as an opportunity to share a gift option with others as well as earn money for the boosters.

Rewards:As a school we will receive 25-30% of the total sales. There are a ton of products to offer family, friends, and close neighbors.

Here is an example of how easy it is to earn money: Do you Know 10 people who like candles? If each one of those people bought 1 warmer ($30) and 2 bars ($10) your sales would be $400. This would contribute $100 to the school.

Students who participate will earn prizes:

$50-$100 in sales = a Scent circle and a bar of candy

$250 Sales = Scentsy Baby buddy and scent pak of choice

$450 sales = Scentsy full size buddy, baby buddy & 2 scent paks

The  class with the most sales will earn an ice cream sundae party!!

All orders must be turned by Friday April 20^th

Check, cash and all major credit cards accepted.

My name is Brittany Clapp. I am an Independent Scentsy Director!

Fundraisers are a great way for your school, organization or cause to raise money at no cost to you!

What is Scentsy?

Scentsy is a company that sells Wickless Products such as Hanging Fresheners, Room Sprays, Travel Tins and our specialty ~ Wickless Candles . Our unique Scentsy Warmers (available in 3 sizes with over 40 designs) use a low watt light bulb to melt our specially formulated Authentic Scentsy Wax while releasing one of our over 80 Scentsy Fragrances. With no flame, no soot and no wick, the Scentsy System is a safe alternative to wick candles and can be used in homes, offices, schools, or wherever there is electricity. The possibilities are endless!

How does a Scentsy Fundraiser work?

• I will order the supplies based on the number of participants.
• If you like, I will hold an informational meeting for participants to display how Scentsy works & answer any questions they might have.
• We set the dates for your fundraiser. I will bring you the packets, everyone collects orders, I will pickup packets & place the order. I will receive the order within 2-3 weeks max. I will deliver them to you and you will receive your check.

What does the organization have to do?

The only thing you have to do is provide participants and distribute & gather packets from the participants. (We can discuss prize options when we meet)

How much would the organization make?

Depending on the number of participants, your school, organization or cause can make quite a bit. I have attached a graph showing your possible earnings. I have also enclosed a fundraiser catalog for you to look over.

Why do a fundraiser?
Your first reason should be to help, and give back to a cause you support. Make sure you know your WHy! It makes it so much easier and rewarding to hand over your commission :)
By holding a fundraiser you are boosting your PRV for the month, earning the hostess rewards for free product, making new contacts and customers.
