Here's a list to get you started:
- Send your own welcome letter/email
- Know how to track your numbers and watch PRV for Scentsational Start, Shooting Star and Rank Advancements.
- Call in on as many training calls as possible. Know what's going on in Scentsy.
- Keep notes on each member of your team so you come to know them personally.
- Keep a call log to track consultants and customers you have talked to or worked with so you follow up.
- Let your team know you are there to help them, the best ways to get a hold of you, and what hours you're available.
- Recognize members of your team that are working hard with a mention on the team FB group and a personal card.
- Have a relationship with your up-line Director and help with Conference Calls and Team Meetings.
