We kicked off our
Backstage Pass for Convention last week, starting with our Drip Tease about our
new brand on Scentsy Family Forum and Twitter.
Unfortunately, we
are continuing to receive reports of error messages when Consultants register
for the Share Stations through Facebook. Please note: The majority of
Consultants receiving this Facebook error are, in fact, registered.
We hoped to be able
to send out registration confirmations via Facebook messages; however, some
users’ settings will not allow this. So, beginning Friday, July 20, all those
who register for the Share Stations will receive an email confirming
registration success within 24 hours. Please wait for this email, even if you
receive an error message on Facebook, as most are successfully registered.
If you don’t
receive email confirmation, please email scentsyweb@scentsy.com with your
Consultant ID number, which browser you are using, and the error message you
received.
If you aren’t able
to register before getting to Convention, we will have 30 computers available
at Convention for Share Station registration.
Please remember, to
be able to participate in the Share Station portion of the BackStage Pass, you
must be registered for Convention.
To register a guest
attending Convention with you, go to the same link http://www.smart-reg.com:8080/WELCOME#:1, and input your
Consultant ID number. This will take you to
Facebook where your guest will need to login and authorize the app. Please make
sure popups are enabled on the site or you will not be directed to Facebook to
authorize the app.
Backstage Pass
replaces Live From Convention by getting an online buzz going that benefits
Consultants and their businesses.
Backstage Pass will
be featured on Scentsy Family Forum, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and
Instagram.
